Terms of Use
These terms govern use of hkoglobal.in, the HKO Global dealer app and our WhatsApp Business channel, operated by HKO Global, a partnership firm registered in Odisha.
1. Business use only
Our website, app and WhatsApp channel are for business customers, registered dealers and suppliers. Dealer accounts are issued by HKO Global and must not be shared.
2. Orders and supply
An order placed through the app or WhatsApp is a request. It becomes binding only once HKO Global confirms it, approves credit or receives the required payment, and issues a delivery order. Prices, schemes and availability are as confirmed by HKO Global at the time of confirmation. Supply is also governed by the invoice and any separate dealer agreement.
3. Statements and records
Account statements, balances and scheme figures shared through our channels are taken from our books of account. If you believe any entry is wrong, raise it through the complaint option or by email within 15 days of receipt, so we can review and correct it.
4. Payments
Make payments only to HKO Global's official bank account shown on our invoices or in the app. HKO Global is not responsible for payments made to any individual employee or third party in cash or to any other account.
5. Messages
By sharing your WhatsApp number with us you agree to receive transactional messages about your orders and account. Promotional messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
7. Liability
Information on this website is provided for general business purposes. To the extent permitted by law, HKO Global is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or app.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mayurbhanj, Odisha have jurisdiction.
